Step 2: Premises selection.

We make this step already as a team. From our side, we maximally listen to, watch, analyze the flows of buyers and all the available information, loyalty of shopping centers (owners of trade areas), management of shopping centers, expectations of the buyers in the proposed specific place (dislocation).

The package of our services includes the analysis of lease agreements, drawing up protocols of understanding/agreement, correspondence in order to defend the important provisions of the contracts for the further operation of the clothing store. The result of our joint work is a concluded contract of lease or approval of location to open a branded clothing store.

		We have been working for a long time on the market and have accumulated and continue to accumulate a base of potentially attractive places for the opening of branded clothing stores, which we have the honor to represent in the Ukrainian market. We are also extremely grateful to our active clients who, day by day, living in a particular area observe and note the flows of the potential buyers, have their stable own impressions, or even an estimate of the existing shopping centers or shopping streets in their cities.
		The company has developed an algorithm to analyze the potential attractiveness of the premises to open a corporate clothing salon. We, at the request of our clients, provide the instructions on collection of the necessary information, which among other things is extremely important for the subsequent correct formation of the business plan and the calculation of the payback of the project.
		Throughout the premises selection phase, we usually stay in constant contact with our clients, coordinate our actions, enter into correspondence with the shopping centers, and, upon request, we make the trip to the place and direct consulting. We listen to all the wishes and to all the negotiators in order to coordinate all the important parameters for further functioning of the business and to ensure its good start.
		The final approval of the location of the branded store is carried out by the trademark owner. We provide the customers with the original of this permission, together with the store's design-project. Each store (salon) is part of a general chain of trade mark salons and, like all members of this community, receives a full support from the parent company. Upon approval of the location, the parent company concludes a lease agreement and starts the process of a format clothing store development.
